GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products (oils, wines, spirits) by the company RACEMUS Food on its website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT, excluding delivery charges.

  • Payment methods: Bank card, PayPal, and staggered payment via Alma.

  • Retention of title: Products remain the property of RACEMUS Food until full payment of the price.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are made within the European Union (excluding overseas departments and territories) via DPD, DHL, Bpost or local partners.

  • Lead times: Average of 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Risks: The transfer of risks occurs when the customer takes physical possession of the products.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without stating a reason.

Warning: This right cannot be exercised for bottles that have been opened, uncorked, or whose seal has been broken after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. Return costs are borne by the customer.
